What The Role Entails Support public cloud operations and management, including resource planning, cost optimization, account governance, and cloud infrastructure lifecycle management Manage and ensure the reliability of big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Flink) in cloud environments Design highly available architectures tailored to business needs and define operational standards and incident playbooks Participate in technology choices, performance tuning, and stability enhancements for core infrastructure Who We Look For Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field (current students or fresh graduates welcome) Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, and containerization (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes); eager to learn and grow Familiarity with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Tencent Cloud, GCP, or Azure) is a plus Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python, Shell, or SQL) Interest in big data technologies (Hadoop/Spark/Flink) is a plus; hands-on experience not required Experience with AI-assisted programming tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) is preferred Fluent in both Chinese and English, with good communication and teamwork skills Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent As an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
