About this internship
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Creation Intern to support the marketing and branding efforts of our catering and cafeteria business. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content across all digital platforms, showcasing our food, events, customer experiences, promotions, and behind-the-scenes operations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about food, social media trends, photography, videography, and content storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Create photo, video, and graphic content for daily social media postings.
Capture food photography and videography for catering events, cafeterias, promotions, and product launches.
Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn.
Assist in designing marketing materials, digital posters, and promotional assets.
Develop engaging content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Social Media Management
Manage and schedule content across:
○ Instagram
○ Facebook
○ TikTok
○ LinkedIn
○ YouTube
○ Website and Blog
Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and customer feedback.
Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform best practices.
Recommend creative ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Catering & Event Coverage
Attend catering events, food tastings, activations, and launches to create live content.
Produce event recaps, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Support campaign launches and promotional activities.
Branding & Marketing Support
Assist in executing marketing campaigns for:
○ Corporate Catering
○ Event Catering
○ Cafeteria Operations
○ Seasonal Promotions
○ New Product Launches
Conduct competitor and market research.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Analytics & Reporting
Track content performance and engagement metrics.
Prepare monthly reports on social media growth and campaign effectiveness.
Provide recommendations for content optimization.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Design, Hospitality, or related fields.
Strong interest in social media, food, hospitality, and content creation.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of:
○ Canva
○ Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
○ CapCut
○ Video editing applications
Good photography and videography skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
