Social Media Content Creator (Intern)

Our mission is to help brands stand out in the ever-evolving digital landscape, through creating short-form video content that connects and converts. We’re lean, fast-moving, and deeply committed to high-quality storytelling - and we’re growing. That’s where you come in. We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a Social Media Intern from August 2027 - January 2028 (6-month commitment) to help shape and elevate how our brands show up online! What you'll do: Conceptualise creative social media ideas that align with brand strategy and tone Write and refine scripts for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Edit videos to create engaging, high-performing social content Collaborate with designers, strategists, and clients to plan content calendars and bring ideas from concept to final post Optimise content for engagement and retention across platforms What we're looking for: Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and social media trends Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro) Ability to translate brand messages into engaging short-form narratives Creative thinker who loves ideation and scripting as much as execution Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects Bonus: experience writing hooks and captions that convert How to apply: Please submit the following via LinkedIn or to amanda@getsocial.sg: Your portfolio or content samples (social links or edited videos welcome) A short note about what type of content you love creating and why We’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
