Assist in scheduling and publishing daily posts across our core platforms (Instagram, TikTok). Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, responding promptly to build a positive online community. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, viral audio, and platform updates, bringing fresh ideas to weekly marketing meetings. Help track and analyze weekly social media metrics (growth, reach, engagement) to see what content is performing best. Liaise with performance team to conduct boosting for Socials postings. Assist the marketing team with influencer outreach, brand partnerships, promotional campaigns and activations. Perform administrative duties (e.g. giveaway winner outreach and fulfilment, finance invoice submissions, etc.). Requirements Minimum 6 months commitment. Proficient in video editing, specifically using CapCut. Basic graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, including features and content formats.
