For over four decades, AAG has served individuals, families, and companies that prioritize integrity, compassion, and competence in their financial advisors. Role Description
Plan and produce content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — primarily text-first formats such as carousels, quote cards, and short written posts
Turn long-form material (talks, client conversations, articles, internal notes) into multiple platform-native pieces using our "one input, four outputs" content system
Design simple graphics and edit short-form video using Canva / CapCut
Maintain the content calendar and schedule posts consistently
Support paid campaigns on Meta — creative variations, audience notes, basic performance tracking
Monitor comments and DMs, and flag genuine enquiries to the team quickly
Report monthly on what worked: reach, engagement, saves, enquiries generated
Research trends, formats, and competitor content in the financial services and estate planning space
Qualifications
Must have
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
Strong written English — you can write a hook that makes someone stop scrolling, and a paragraph that earns the next one
Working knowledge of Canva and at least one video editing tool
Active, genuine familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok as platforms, not just as apps
Organised and self-directed — we will give you direction, not daily supervision
Nice to have
Portfolio, personal account, or student project showing content you've produced
Basic experience with Meta Business Suite or paid social
Comfort with Mandarin for bilingual content
Interest in personal finance, insurance, or estate planning
What you'll get
Direct mentorship from the division's Executive Director — you'll sit close to the decisions, not three layers below them
Real ownership of live campaigns with real budgets and measurable outcomes
A portfolio of published work you can point to
Exposure to how a financial advisory practice actually acquires and serves clients
Consideration for a full-time role or continued engagement for strong performers
How to apply
Send your CV, along with
one to three examples of content you've created
(any format — posts, videos, decks, a personal account), to
[email address]
.
Optional but it will get our attention: include a short note on one piece of financial or professional services content you thought was genuinely good, and why.
