    Company: At Prefer, we make coffee and cocoa flavours and ingredients and to future-proof them from the threat of climate change. We are a VC-backed, Singapore-based FoodTech startup on a mission to ensure coffee and cocoa is delicious, accessible, and sustainable, forever. We are seeking a Social Media Marketing intern to build and grow our brand as we launch with more partners in Singapore. You will work directly with our sales and marketing teams, contributing to customer-facing activities and behind-the-scenes planning. Our culture is to have fun, work hard, and learn fast. Position Summary: This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, understands what makes content (and creators) work, and wants hands-on experience driving real commercial results through social commerce. You'll be exposed to the inner workings of a fast-growing FoodTech startup and play a key role in supporting day-to-day activities that drive growth. By the end of the internship, you'll walk away with practical experience in TikTok-driven growth marketing for a fast-scaling FMCG brand, and a clearer sense of where you want to focus next in your career. We are looking for someone who is: Proactive, upbeat and enthusiastic Comfortable speaking with clients/ creators and being in front of a camera Reliable, thoughtful and willing to take initiative What you'll do: TikTok & Influencer Marketing Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with micro-influencers and UGC creators aligned with our brand Plan and coordinate influencer/UGC campaigns end-to-end — briefing, content review, posting timelines, and performance tracking Build and manage social media calendars and campaign plans for TikTok (and other channels as needed) Monitor TikTok trends, viral formats, and creator/audience behaviour, sharing insights and recommendations with the team Track and report on campaign performance (views, engagement, conversions) to refine our influencer strategy over time TikTok Livestreaming (Exploratory) Help plan, host, and/or support TikTok livestream sessions as a side initiative to test viability as a sales channel — frequency and scope to be developed together based on what we learn Help capture learnings on what does and doesn't work, to inform whether and how we scale this up Others Occasionally assist with brand activations at client sites and events Research and reach out to potential customers Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3-6 Months (Full-time OR Part-time) Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Media/Communications Studies or equivalent Resilient and self-motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required) Live on TikTok and instinctively know why something goes viral Some familiarity with influencer/UGC collaboration (sourcing, briefing, or managing creators) is a strong plus Familiar with TikTok Shop and/or other social commerce platforms; livestreaming experience a bonus, not required Industry Food and Beverage Services Employment Type Internship
