Our dramas, movies, animations, variety and entertainment shows are watched by billions locally and abroad. The next phase for iQIYI is to bring our wonderful content and services to the world. We are currently seeking innovative and talented individuals to join the team. Responsibilities Manage TikTok account operations, including account positioning and growth strategy, content planning and scheduling, uploading and publishing, copyright management, comment moderation, and public sentiment monitoring. Conduct in-depth research on overseas market preferences and TikTok distribution algorithms; develop content aligned with platform dynamics and user interests, with the aim of creating viral videos and driving traffic growth. Monitor user feedback on the platform and respond in a timely manner to help maintain a positive brand image. Analyze industry best practices and competitor activities, distill key insights, and continuously refine operational strategies. Qualifications Strong interest in the Chinese entertainment industry and familiarity with C-pop culture. Solid understanding of short-form video platform algorithms, with keen market insight and the ability to identify content trends and creative opportunities. Experience in producing viral content is preferred. Proficiency in English or Mandarin as a working language; additional proficiency in Thai, Malay is an advantage. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in media, marketing or related fields. Must be able to commit to work (on-site) at least four (4) days per week for a minimum duration of three (3) months. Starting from July 2026. The on-site working location may be based in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), or Bangkok (Thailand), depending on business requirements.
