Responsibilities The Global Payment Financial Services team oversees financial services across global markets, from solution and product design through partner collaboration, business operations, and market expansion. Focused on local market needs, we develop tailored financial solutions for consumers and merchants, working closely with local regulators, industry partners, and cross-functional teams to grow the business while maintaining robust risk controls. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Solution Merchant Financing Intern to support the execution and growth of Merchant Financing initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will work closely with the Solutions team and cross-functional stakeholders to assist with market analysis, GTM campaign execution, performance tracking, and daily operational coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to fintech operations, e-commerce financing, and regional business execution in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities Assist the Solutions team in supporting Merchant Financing initiatives across the markets by helping prepare market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and basic business insights related to e-commerce financing trends. Support GTM activities and campaign rollouts (such as interest-free promotions, whitelist expansion, and seasonal campaigns like double-date events) by coordinating materials, tracking timelines, and assisting with execution readiness. Help monitor and maintain business performance dashboards and reports, including key metrics such as penetration rate, disbursement volume, approval rate, open rate, CTR, and CVR. Assist in identifying basic trends and preparing weekly or monthly summaries. Work closely with internal stakeholders including Product, Operations, Seller Education, Category, and Local Market teams to support daily operational needs and ensure smooth communication during launches and campaigns. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing undergraduate degree with a background in business management, finance or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel and basic data analysis. Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to cross-timezone collaboration in a challenging and flexible work setting.
