Responsibilities
ByteDance's Corporate Real Estate team is responsible for managing the company's rapidly growing and dynamic real estate portfolio. We are dedicated to creating a safe, productive, and inspiring workplace for our employees. The Transaction Management team leads strategic planning, site selection, commercial negotiation, and leasing execution for our global office spaces, ensuring our portfolio scales efficiently with our business needs.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:
Support APAC real estate portfolio tracking and space planning, including occupancy, seating capacity and business requirements.
Assess workplace requirements such as workstations, meeting rooms and functional spaces, and support solution development from feasibility, efficiency and cost perspectives.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless communication, alignment on real estate matters, effective negotiation and issue resolution.
Support daily space operations and identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems and planning processes.
Conduct data analysis, market research and benchmarking, and prepare reports and presentation materials for decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or any other discipline.
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Available to undertake an internship for a minimum of three months.
Able and willing to travel when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant internship, academic or project experience in real estate, workplace planning, project management, facility management or related fields.
Familiarity with occupancy, utilization, capacity planning or space management concepts.
Knowledge or experience using the current mainstream space management system is preferred.
