    Kickstart your career as a Strategic Programs Intern that offers real responsibility and meaningful learning. The Strategic Programs Intern will support regional strategic initiatives across market exploration, business strategy, stakeholder alignment, and execution planning. The intern will help structure ambiguous topics, synthesize insights, prepare stakeholder-ready materials, and translate strategic direction into practical workplans and follow-up actions. This role is ideal for students who want exposure to how strategy moves from ideas and analysis into real business execution. The intern will work across changing business topics depending on regional priorities, which may include growth initiatives, transformation programs, partnerships, customer pain-point validation, country strategy, commercial planning, or digital innovation. What will you do? Conduct targeted market exploration and business research to support emerging strategic topics and growth opportunities. Help structure ambiguous business questions into clear problem statements, hypotheses, analysis, and decision points. Synthesize inputs from internal stakeholders, customers, market sources, and business discussions into concise insights and implications. Support the translation of strategic direction into initiative plans, action trackers, milestones, stakeholder maps, and execution roadmaps. Prepare executive-ready slides, briefing notes, discussion guides, workshop materials, and follow-up summaries. Support cross-functional alignment by coordinating inputs, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and highlighting dependencies. Contribute to selected growth or transformation initiatives by helping validate opportunity areas, customer pain points, initiative concepts, or partnership possibilities. Help ensure strategic initiatives move from exploration to clarity, alignment, and execution. What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in strategy, business transformation, growth initiatives, energy management, automation, B2B industrial markets, or AI-enabled ways of working. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize complex or fragmented information into clear and practical outputs. Good PowerPoint, Excel, research, and written communication skills. Resourceful in using AI and digital tools to research, analyze, structure, and develop high-quality materials, while applying judgment to validate outputs and sense-check assumptions. Comfortable working in ambiguity and across changing business topics. Curious, proactive, organized, and able to follow through independently. Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work across functions, countries, and stakeholder groups. What's in it for me?
