Job Description: Support the fulfilment of strategy consulting talents and other group business and markets on an ad hoc basis Source talents from top strategy consulting firms globally via Linkedin and other channels Conduct benchmarking research and analysis on talent markets, progression, compensation, etc to support hiring decisions Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline Having a passion for talent acquisition and strategy consulting Accountable, reliable, and detail-oriented Objective-oriented, team player, and eager to learn
