The Role We're looking for a Strategy Intern who's endlessly curious about people, culture, and brands. You'll work alongside our strategists on live client briefs — helping dig up insights, challenge assumptions, and feed the thinking that leads to great creative work. This isn't a fetch-coffee internship. You'll be in the room, contributing to real projects from day one. What You’ll Be Doing Hunt for cultural signals, consumer truths, and competitive moves Build research decks that make complex information simple and actionable Pull together stimulus, references, and provocations for brainstorms Sit in on briefs, client sessions, and creative reviews — absorbing how strategy is made Pressure-test our thinking by asking "what are we missing?" Our Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field Genuinely fascinated by why people do what they do — culture, behaviour, trends Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; you can find the signal in the noise Excellent written and verbal communication — you can tell a story with data Proactive and self-starting; you don't wait to be told what to do Appreciation for great creative work Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and taking constructive feedback Bonus: familiarity with social listening tools, research platforms, data visualisation, or AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) for research What You'll Learn Hands-on experience on real briefs for real clients Mentorship from senior strategists in an integrated agency environment Exposure to the full creative process — from insight to execution A collaborative, no-ego culture that values sharp thinking at any level We believe great work comes from different perspectives.
