Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Student Intern role based in Singapore. The intern will support the advisory team in daily operations, including preparing client materials, assisting with scheduling, and organizing documentation. Responsibilities include conducting basic research on financial topics, helping with presentations and marketing collateral, and contributing to internal projects that enhance client experience and team efficiency. The intern will participate in team meetings, observe client advisory processes where appropriate, and assist in coordinating events, workshops, or outreach activities. The role offers exposure to financial advisory work, professional development opportunities, and a growth-focused environment that encourages learning and reflection.
Qualifications
Interest in financial services, wealth management, or insurance advisory, with a willingness to learn industry concepts and client service practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms.
Growth-oriented mindset, openness to feedback, and motivation to develop personally and professionally in a team-based environment.
Current student in a diploma or degree program (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields) is preferred.
Ability to commit to part-time, on-site work in Singapore in accordance with academic schedule and any applicable institutional or regulatory requirements.
