The role An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Business Operations team, we are seeking a detail-oriented Executive to support our ERP system transition and manage item master data accuracy across our integrated systems. This dual-focused role is critical to ensuring business continuity during our ERP migration and maintaining data integrity that supports our daily operations and product launches. Main Responsibilities: 3PL Transition & DC Operations Setup Support the DC Operations Manager in setting up end-to-end operational processes as the business migrates to a new third-party logistics (3PL) provider in August. This covers both the Malaysia Local Distribution Centre and the Regional Distribution Centre in Singapore. Key activities include: Assist in designing and documenting operational processes for inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, and inventory reconciliation in collaboration with the new 3PL partner Liaise with internal stakeholders and the 3PL to align on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system requirements Gain hands-on exposure to 3PL warehouse management systems (WMS) and internal operations platforms used by the business Act as assistant project manager where required tracking deliverables, flagging risks, and following up with relevant parties to keep the project on schedule Supporting the coordination and tracking of project milestones and timelines to ensure a smooth transition What you will gain: Practical understanding of DC and 3PL operations across two markets (Singapore and Malaysia) Experience in operational process design for inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics flows Exposure to project management in a live supply chain migration context Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics systems ERP System Implementation Support Assist the DC Operations Manager in setting up and rolling out a new ERP system, ensuring that operational workflows are correctly configured and that the team is equipped to use the system effectively from go-live. Key activities include: Support the mapping and documentation of operational workflows to be built into the new ERP system Assist in coordinating with the ERP implementation team and internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured accurately Help facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by testing test scenarios, logging issues, and tracking resolutions together with the 3PL Support the development of training materials or process guides to enable smooth system adoption across the operations team Track implementation milestones and flag dependencies or blockers to the Project Manager What you will gain: Exposure to ERP system implementation in an operational environment Understanding of how business processes are translated into system configurations and workflows Experience in UAT coordination and go-live readiness activities Insight into cross-functional collaboration between operations, IT, and business teams during a system rollout Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics systems Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously A proactive communicator who is comfortable following up with stakeholders and flagging issues early Keen to learn and willing to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-moving operations environment Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems in an omni-channel or e-commerce environment Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory); SQL is a plus You should have / be A Love, Bonito culture fit Good grasp of the Love, Bonito brand and unique proposition A genuine curiosity to know how things work and how to make them better An entrepreneurial, self starter, get-your-hands dirty attitude Enjoy learning new things and pick them up quickly Demonstrate operational excellence Pride: Highly organized individual and proactive with strong follow through.
