Your Tasks Workflow Optimization: Assist in identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in logistics and order management Process Improvement: Support planning and execution of improvement projects and SOP development Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support decisions and performance tracking Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports on progress, KPIs, and continuous improvement results Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and implement enhancements Your Profile Analytical Strength: You excel at interpreting operational and digital data to generate insights and optimize processes Task Management: You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently, even under time pressure Communication: You collaborate confidently with internal teams and external partners Education: You are currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field Tech Skills: You are proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus We Offer BIRKENSTOCK offers you all the advantages of a successful, fast growing, global company: dynamic work environment, considerable design freedom, authentic and open corporate culture and excellent development opportunities.
