Location: Kallang Kick-start your career in supply chain with a role designed for learning and growth. We're seeking an Intern to join our Supply Chain Planning team, where you'll gain hands-on experience optimizing materials flow and supporting efficient delivery processes. What will you do? Support the management of the Schneider Supplier Portal by assisting with supplier user registrations and ensuring timely access to the platform. Assist in the development and maintenance of Supply Chain Planning dashboards, tracking key KPIs and understanding the business drivers behind performance metrics. Contribute to digitization and AI initiatives by helping implement solutions that address planning challenges and enhance decision-making for supply chain teams. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive continuous improvement through increased visibility of planning parameters and process optimization opportunities. Identify improvement opportunities, analyze business needs, and present recommendations to stakeholders to support operational excellence and supply chain performance. What qualifications will make you successful? Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support KPI dashboard development and continuous improvement initiatives. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with SMEs, understand both user and customer perspectives, and confidently present recommendations to stakeholders. Genuine interest in supply chain, operations, or logistics with a desire to learn Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment Team-oriented approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills Adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges What's in it for me?
