    Company: Rejuvrth Duration: 3 Months Location: Mostly Remote (Online) with ad-hoc in-person attendance for events/content creation in Singapore Allowance: SGD 500 / month About Rejuvrth At Rejuvrth, we are dedicated to driving impactful change, fostering community-led green initiatives, and establishing a definitive voice in the sustainability space. We are looking for a creative, community-minded individual to help support our latest initiatives, amplify our message, and build our brand through marketing, public relations, and hands-on event support. Key Projects You Will Support As an intern, you will get direct, portfolio-building exposure by working on two of our core ecosystem projects: The Hawker Centre Project: An initiative focused on driving sustainability, waste reduction, and eco-conscious habits within Singapore’s beloved local hawker culture. The Community Gardens’ Commons Project: A community-centric initiative aimed at fostering green spaces, urban sustainability awareness, and localized eco-education. Role Purpose Your primary mission will be to support the communication, PR, and event execution strategies for these key projects. You will act as a bridge between Rejuvrth and the local community, helping us tell impactful stories, manage stakeholders, and run engaging events. Key Responsibilities Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Draft engaging localized content, announcements, and marketing materials. Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including local hawkers, community partners, and event attendees. PR, Writing & Media Engagement: Assist in public relations outreach and tracking media/community responses. Lead the writing and drafting of materials for media engagements, including press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership articles to position Rejuvrth effectively. Website & Digital Maintenance: Assist in keeping the Rejuvrth website fresh and updated with the latest project milestones, blog posts, and ecosystem news. Training & Educational Materials: Help draft, structure, and prepare educational training materials, toolkits, and guides used for community workshops, vendor engagement, and volunteer training. Event Support & Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events and activations related to the Hawker Centre and Gardens Commons projects. Content Creation (Canva & Video): Design visually appealing posters, social media carousels, and flyers using Canva. Shoot and edit basic, high-impact short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, or Shorts) during events. Administrative Tracking: Keep event schedules, volunteer lists, and marketing assets organized using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What We Are Looking For Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Excellent copywriting ability with a knack for translating sustainability concepts into compelling media pitches, press materials, and instructional training guides. Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin will be an added plus. This is highly beneficial for effectively communicating, building trust, and liaising with local stakeholders, mature residents, and vendors for our Hawker Centre and community projects. A Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in community engagement, zero-waste initiatives, and green living. Visual & Digital Skills: Good proficiency in Canva and a solid eye for clean, modern design. Comfort with basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.) for social media content. Familiarity with basic website content updates is a plus. Organization & Comms Savvy: Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking to groups or approaching stakeholders, and dependable skills in Microsoft Office . Flexibility & Autonomy: Ability to manage project tasks independently and meet deadlines. While most work is online, you must be willing to attend occasional physical events or meetings in Singapore for on-site support and media capture.
