The role also requires familiarity with the China market to assist with market research and candidate sourcing. Job Scope Assist with job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or tracking sheets Conduct basic market research on talent trends, especially in the China market Provide administrative support for recruitment activities as needed Requirements Bachelor in business management/human resources or related fields. Full-time or part-time candidates are welcome, ideally to be able to commit immediately to end of the year. Prior TA internship experience is preferred Comfortable speaking and interacting with people Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, proactive, and willing to learn Able to support recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment
