Responsibilities Partner with recruiters to source, screen, and assess candidates across various functions. Manage job postings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as social media content creation, events. Conduct market research and generate insights on talent trends and competitor benchmarking. Assist in talent mapping and talent pool constructions for core positions Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and HR projects as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working across diverse teams and regional stakeholders. Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus. Available for a minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time or at least 3 days per week for part-time).
