As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People & Talent team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment within a high-growth fintech environment. Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support recruitment initiatives across various business functions, including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations, Business Development, Finance, and Corporate Functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to help identify, engage, and coordinate top talent while gaining practical experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and other recruitment channels. Conduct market mapping and talent research for strategic hiring initiatives. Screen resumes and support candidate shortlisting activities. Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. Talent Operations Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards. Track hiring metrics, interview progress, and candidate pipeline data. Assist with job posting creation and management across various recruitment platforms. Support recruitment process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Employer Branding & Campus Recruitment Assist in developing employer branding content for social media and recruitment campaigns. Support internship, graduate, and campus hiring programs. Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and networking initiatives. Help build and maintain talent communities for future hiring needs. Recruitment Projects Participate in recruitment automation and process optimization projects. Support market benchmarking and talent intelligence initiatives. Assist with ad-hoc HR and talent acquisition projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related disciplines. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, fintech, Web3, or technology industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or recruitment tools is advantageous. We are continuously recruiting interns; good candidates may be offered full-time positions.
