Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Singapore, with a mix of in-office work and work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job advertisements, updating applicant tracking systems, preparing interview materials, and assisting with candidate communication. The intern will also contribute to employer branding activities, such as drafting recruitment content, supporting social media campaigns, and helping organize hiring events. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, close collaboration with the HR and hiring teams, and opportunities to learn standard recruitment tools and practices.
Qualifications
Strong interest in talent acquisition and ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities.
Capability to assist with Hiring processes, including screening, shortlisting, and coordinating selection steps.
Competence in Interviewing support, such as scheduling, preparing question guides, and documenting feedback.
Enthusiasm for Employer Branding initiatives, including helping craft recruitment content and supporting online campaigns.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively in a team, and operate reliably in a hybrid work setting.
Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with recruitment or HR tools is an advantage.
