Curious about a career in HR? Join us as an Talent Acquisition Intern and gain practical experience supporting the employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and learning programs. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and build skills that set you up for success.
What will you do:
Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience, including role discovery, requisition management, candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback consolidation.
Analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights on hiring metrics, market trends, and talent acquisition performance to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through participation in recruitment events, engagement activities, and site visits.
Proactively source and engage talent to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across key hiring needs.
What qualifications will make you successful:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a keen interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present information effectively.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing multiple tasks.
Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, with the adaptability to manage changing priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
