About this internship
Curious about a career in HR? You will join the Talent Acquisition team and work with various stakeholders such as hiring managers, candidates, and university partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
What will you do:
Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience, including role discovery, requisition management, candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback consolidation.
Analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights on hiring metrics, market trends, and talent acquisition performance to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
Proactively source and engage talent to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across key hiring needs.
