As a Talent Acquisition Intern supporting SPX Express, you’ll gain hands-on recruitment experience, working closely with candidates and hiring managers while making a tangible impact on Shopee’s Logistics operations. Job Description We’re looking for a people-oriented and hands-on Talent Acquisition Intern who is excited to learn recruitment through real-world experience. Support recruitment for SPX Express roles, gaining exposure to the end-to-end hiring process Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines Support offer discussions, closure, and onboarding activities Maintain recruitment data and support hiring reports and pipeline tracking Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment processes Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Interested in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and working with people Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with candidates from different backgrounds Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a good team player Prior background or experience in HR is advantageous
