Join us in shaping the future of commerce. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on talent solutions aligned with business priorities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Optimise recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency, build quality candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes. Track and review recruitment outcomes on a regular basis, identify gaps or challenges in the hiring process, and proactively suggest improvements. Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives, including talent mapping, market research, and recruitment process optimisation. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external or internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process. Strong ownership, strong execution, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and deliver outcomes. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively. Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including common recruitment channels and sourcing approaches. Preferred Qualifications Prior internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field will be a plus.
