Introduction of the team
Great talents are needed for startups to grow. The People team designs and implements strategies targeted at addressing talent challenges tech startups face. This includes the execution of various talent programmes that helps to build a pipeline of talent for startups.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the team in marketing these talent programmes. As a
Marketing Intern
, you will help attract, engage, and grow a pipeline of talent for our talent programme through strategic recruitment marketing. You will support the engagement of potential candidates by creating compelling campaigns that showcases our talent programme while strengthening its brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and plan recruitment marketing campaigns to promote talent programme and attract suitable potential candidates.
Explore and propose new and marketing strategies and channels to increase awareness and reach.
Generate ideas for engaging content that is suitable for and appeals to the programme's talent demographics.
Recommend improvements based on engagement and campaign performance.
Provide any other operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of the talent programme.
Requirements
You will be a good fit if you:
Are pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Are creative, curious, and eager to conceive new marketing ideas and using communication channels.
Are comfortable engaging with new people and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
