    Tax Manager – Singapore (Group Head Office) Are you ready to elevate your career in taxation and make an impact on a global scale? We are seeking a dynamic Tax Manager to join our Group Head Office in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with our Group Head of Tax (GHT) to ensure compliance, optimize tax positions, and support international projects. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of a multinational organization’s tax strategy, gaining exposure to diverse jurisdictions and complex cross‑border transactions. What You’ll Be Doing As Tax Manager, you will take ownership of the Group’s tax compliance processes, leading Pillar 2 filings and coordinating the preparation and review of Income Tax and GST/VAT returns with external advisors. You will ensure timely filings and payments, while also collaborating with subsidiaries worldwide to align on compliance matters. Beyond compliance, you will play a key role in tax planning and advisory , supporting the structuring of new projects and acquisitions, identifying tax‑saving opportunities, and coordinating transfer pricing documentation. You will also be the point of contact for tax assessments and rulings , managing exemption applications, responding to queries from Singapore tax authorities, and supporting ruling applications across multiple jurisdictions. On the reporting side, you will assist with tax provisioning and deferred tax calculations for financial statements, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Proper documentation and record‑keeping will be a critical part of your responsibilities, safeguarding the Group’s compliance posture. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a professional with strong technical expertise in Income Tax, GST, and VAT , combined with an analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills. You should bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in taxation, either from industry or consulting, and ideally hold a professional qualification such as CPA/CA (or equivalent) . Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential. Equally important are your communication and interpersonal skills—you will be working across cultures and jurisdictions, requiring clarity, diplomacy, and collaboration. Proficiency in MS Excel and tax/accounting systems such as SAP or Tally will give you an edge in managing complex data and reporting requirements. Why Join Us?
