More details are below. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Migration Strategy & Architecture Define enterprise data migration architecture and roadmap. Develop migration frameworks, standards, and best practices. Create source-to-target mapping specifications. Design data validation and reconciliation processes. Establish migration governance and controls. Solution Design Design scalable and secure migration solutions. Define data integration patterns and architecture. Perform data profiling and impact assessment. Develop migration runbooks and cutover plans. Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies. Data Quality & Governance Define data quality rules and validation frameworks. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. Review migration design documents and technical deliverables. Conduct architecture reviews and technical quality assurance. Support performance tuning and optimization activities Stakeholder Management Engage business, functional, and technical stakeholders. Present architecture recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with project managers and solution architects. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, or large-scale data migration projects. Strong SQL, database administration, and data modelling knowledge. Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, SSIS, Talend, or Databricks. Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Azure SQL. Knowledge of data governance, MDM, data warehousing, and migration activities including profiling, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. TOGAF and/or CDMP certification is preferred.
