About STATOS Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS) is a Sarawak Government-linked agency tasked with strengthening trade, investment, and tourism relationships between Sarawak and Singapore. Operating from the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, STATOS serves as a key promotional and business development hub for Sarawak’s products, services, and tourism offerings. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing trade and investment promotional initiatives and outreach activities. Provide operational and liaison support for both B2B and B2C events (setup, registration, guest handling, and coordination). Support the development of marketing and promotional collateral (posters, brochures, EDMs, event kits) and ensure accuracy through proofreading. Conduct desk research on market trends, trade opportunities, and potential partnerships; compile findings into short summaries or reports. Maintain and update stakeholder and industry databases, ensuring information is organised and current. Provide general administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva or similar tools. Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in coordinating events and handling administrative tasks. Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
