About the Role
The Trade Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our premium FMCG brands (including Jin Mai Lang) across Singapore’s retail landscape. This role combines administrative precision with proactive coordination, ensuring that our sales data is accurate, our logistics documents are seamless, and our relationships with key retail clients (FairPrice, Sheng Siong, etc.) are maintained at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Administrative Support
• Generate and manage essential trade documents, including Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Maintain and update accurate sales databases and price lists.
• Assist the Sales team in preparing sales reports and tracking performance against monthly targets.
2. Trade Marketing & Coordination
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute in-store promotional activities and product launches.
• Liaise with retail clients and supermarket floor managers regarding stock levels and display placements.
• Monitor competitor activity and "shelf-share" at retail outlets, providing feedback to the marketing team.
3. Client & Logistics Liaison
• Act as a point of contact for clients for order fulfilment inquiries and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to various outlets (FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Prime, etc.).
• Ensure all trade marketing materials (POSM, posters, shelf-talkers) are delivered and installed correctly.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Genuine interest in FMCG, retail/trade marketing, and e-commerce.
Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with basic data analysis is a plus.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, comfortable juggling multiple small workstreams at once.
Good written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage when liaising with regional/HQ counterparts.
A proactive, get-it-done attitude and willingness to occasionally visit retail stores or attend events outside the office.
Able to commit on a full-time basis for at least 6 months.
