An exciting opportunity has come up for a Trade Marketing Internship with us! This role is perfect for driven individuals who are passionate about commercial strategy, brand building, and making an impact in the marketplace. You’ll gain hands-on experience in business development and trade marketing, supporting key initiatives that shape how our brands show up in the off-trade segment. Roles and Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of trade marketing promotional campaigns and activations for On and Off Trade. Act as the day-to-day liaison between the Trade Marketing and Sales teams to facilitate smooth communication and operational execution. Coordinate campaign requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely follow-up on action items. Assist in sourcing Gifts with Purchase (GWP), premiums, promotional materials from suppliers. Thereafter coordinating with the vendor to ensure timely delivery, quality of premiums and cost efficiency Managed the production and distribution of point-of-sale materials (POSM) to retail outlets. Manage supplier communications, including quotations, artwork submissions, production updates, and delivery schedules. Track supplier deliverables and monitor project timelines to ensure campaigns are executed according to schedule. Coordinate activation logistics, including inventory, delivery arrangements, installation, and event execution where applicable. Support the preparation of campaign materials, performance, reports, and administrative documentation. Supported outlet visibility initiatives by coordinating the placement and installation of POSM, display units, and promotional materials to enhance brand presence at outlets Assist with ad hoc trade marketing projects and operational tasks as required. Requirements Current undergraduate student in Business, Economics, or Social Sciences Fluent in English with strong Excel skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines effectively Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build authentic relationships Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo Strong learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment Willingness to work flexible hours to support off-site activities Internship Period: August to January 2027 (Minimum 5–6 months commitment required) If you’re ready to bring brands to life in the trade and want to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, we’d love to hear from you.
