Introduction
The Treasury Team seeks to enhance value and strengthen the organisation’s resilience by developing strategy, policy, structuring & raising debt, and managing liquidity, interest rate and FX exposures optimally for Temasek.
Through collaboration, partnership and objective advice, the team builds strong long-term relationships with Treasury’s network of stakeholders including the various investment groups, financial counterparties, bank lenders, bond investors, and the broader Temasek eco-system of portfolio companies and platforms.
Responsibilities
Provide analytics support on all existing Debt Capital Market (DCM) products such as Medium Term Note (MTN) and Euro Commercial Paper (ECP), Exchangeable Bonds and Private Placements
Study on new global DCM markets and products
Updating of DCM related documentation and support DCM transaction execution
Track DCM related data and develop analytics and reporting capabilities
Monitor global Interest Rate (IR) markets and provide analytic support for in-house IR forecast
Assist with drafting standard operating process (SOP) for all DCM related processes
Requirements
Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and VBA programming
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Bloomberg
Open to pre-graduates with positive attitude and keenness to learn
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment
