Treasury Manager (up to S$ 8,200)

Brief Summary: Join a dynamic team as a Treasury Manager, where you will support financial operations through effective cash management, risk mitigation, and strategic capital advisory. Leverage your expertise to enhance the financial standing of the organization. Responsibilities: Oversee daily cash management and treasury functions, ensuring efficient group finance and trade operations. Coordinate cash flow positioning, loan drawdowns, and foreign exchange exposure hedging. Analyze and forecast cash collections and disbursements, facilitating month-end treasury reporting. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing working capital and reducing funding costs. Evaluate the cost of capital and funding structures to ensure optimal financing across the region. Analyze economic trends, providing financial outlook reports to support funding and capital planning decisions. Execute hedging strategies in line with the risk management policy to minimize currency exposure. Develop and implement global cash management policies that drive efficiency in the finance process. Review and enhance banking services, monitoring performance for potential savings or improved services. Manage banking relationships and oversee account administration, including openings and closures. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years of relevant treasury experience, particularly in regional or global contexts. CPA or CFA designation is preferred. Proficient in financial and accounting principles, with strong critical thinking skills. Familiarity with foreign currency exposure analysis and hedging strategies is advantageous. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Previous experience in a banking environment is an added benefit. Capability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team setting.
