Join the team as an intern and work on end-to-end digitalisation initiatives, including robotics process automation (RPA), application development, and system integration. This internship provides exposure to full-cycle digital solution development, from process identification to system implementation. Interns will gain hands-on experience in RPA, application development, and cross-functional digital transformation projects. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In The Following Identify automation opportunities across operations, finance, and procurement functions. Develop and implement RPA solutions to reduce manual processes. Support application development and integration of digital tools and systems. Build dashboards and tools to enhance decision-making and reporting. Engage stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements. About You Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline Basic programming knowledge (e.g. Python, VBA, or JavaScript) with familiarity in automation tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate) and an interest in data visualisation or databases Strong ability to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical solutions Eager to learn new tools quickly, with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across teams Keen interest in digitalisation, automation, and process improvement initiatives Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Interns will be based at either Elemuntm Buona Vista or 5 Lrg.
