We are looking for intern(s) to join our Services Planning team to support data-driven decision-making across the Singapore healthcare sector. This internship offers hands-on experience in translating business needs into data insights, developing dashboards, and working on analytics initiatives to improve healthcare operations and planning outcomes. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following Support business requirement gathering, including understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into data and reporting requirements Assist in data analysis activities, including data cleaning, validation, and exploratory analysis to identify trends and insights Design and develop dashboards and visualisations using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to support decision-making Work with structured datasets, including querying and manipulating data using SQL or similar tools Support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, exploring analytics or AI use cases to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to validate findings and ensure dashboards meet business needs Assist in documentation and reporting, including preparing summaries and presenting insights clearly About You Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, persuing a degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistics Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is preferred Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools is a plus Strong analytical thinking, with ability to interpret and visualise data Good communication skills, with ability to present insights clearly Willingness to learn and work in a data-driven environment Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
