The intern will join the Cloud team and be involved in analyzing and visualizing cloud infrastructure data to drive actionable insights. Responsibilities include building dashboards, developing automated workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. It offers hands-on experience in data analytics, cloud operations, and business problem-solving. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following Data Analysis & Interpretation Collect, clean, and analyze cloud infrastructure data (logs, metrics, usage data) Identify trends, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks Support data-driven decision-making through insights and reporting Dashboard Development & Modernization Build and optimize interactive dashboards for decision-making Review and enhance existing dashboards for usability and performance Apply visualization and UX/UI best practices Data Engineering & ETL Consolidate and transform multi-source data Assist in building and optimizing data pipelines Ensure data accuracy and consistency Workflow Automation Identify repetitive operational tasks suitable for automation Develop automated reporting and data pipelines Integrate analytics outputs with alerting or automation tools Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs Translate business requirements into data solutions Documentation & Monitoring Document data models, dashboards, and workflows Maintain standards for knowledge sharing Monitor dashboard performance and resolve issues About You Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, or a related discipline Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or similar data analytics tools Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools Basic understanding of data analysis, ETL processes, and data transformation concepts Understanding of dashboard design, UX/UI, and data visualisation principles Strong Excel and data handling skills Familiarity with cloud computing concepts is an advantage Exposure to cloud monitoring and logging tools is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
