We are looking for intern(s) to join our Infrastructure Assurance & Standards team as a Data Analytics & Automation intern, where you will analyse operational data, build interactive dashboards, and develop automation solutions to improve processes. You’ll work with real datasets and business challenges, gaining hands-on experience in data analytics, process improvement, and tools such as Power BI and Power Automate. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In The Following Analyse historical findings data to identify trends, root causes, and recurring process issues Develop dashboards to improve visibility of process performance and gaps Review existing workflows (e.g., tracking, follow-ups, reporting) and identify inefficiencies Design and prototype automation solutions (e.g., reminders, status tracking, escalation workflows) Recommend improvements to enhance process standardisation and efficiency About You Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, or SQL Basic understanding of data processing, reporting, and dashboard development Understanding of IT governance framework or risk management is a plus Exposure to workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Power Platform, RPA tools) is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities Good team player with strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
