The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following Support our internship and graduate recruitment effort from requisition, sourcing, interview scheduling and gathering assessment feedback from the interviewers Provide timely responses for queries in our recruitment team mailbox Support our recruitment activities such as campus career fairs, industry talk, recruitment talk etc Assist the employer branding team in creating marketing collaterals for LinkedIn, Facebook and other job boards All other duties as assigned About You Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Meticulous, well-organised with great follow-up skill Able to multitask, handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office Knowledge with any automation tools like Power Automate, or any applicant tracking system will be an advantage Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
