We are looking for intern(s) to join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in grant operations, supporting end-to-end claims processing and financial reporting. This internship provides practical exposure to grant administration and financial reporting within a structured finance environment. Interns will gain hands-on experience in managing the full grant lifecycle from claims processing to reporting, while developing skills in financial reconciliation, compliance, and stakeholder reporting. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In The Following Support the end-to-end grant claims process, including preparation and submission of claim forms Verify claim data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements Perform reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) accounts related to grant transactions Assist in the preparation of grant reports, dashboards, and presentations Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of accounting entries Assist in grant-related matters such as cashflow reporting and utilisation tracking for MOH programmes Support the compilation of progress reports and documentation Support any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned About You Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline Deep interest in developing analytical and problem solving skills Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Keen interest in finance, IT and Healthcare Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
