We are looking for intern(s) to join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and stakeholder management. Interns will gain exposure to stakeholder management, financial systems, and data analysis, while contributing to accurate reporting, dashboarding, and insights generation to support decision-making. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In The Following Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and participate in stakeholder reviews and discussions Manage and analyse financial data, including data cleansing, validation, and visualisation (e.g. SAP, Tableau) Assist in the development of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations Perform financial analysis, including costing deep dives, budgeting, and forecasting Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of accounting entries Assist in grant-related matters, including cashflow reporting and utilisation tracking Track MOH programmes and support submission of relevant reports (e.g. watchlists) Engage stakeholders to support reporting requirements and expectations Support any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned About You Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g. SAP, Tableau) Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Deep interest in developing analytical and problem solving skills Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts Experience with data analysis and visualization Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Keen interest in finance, IT and Healthcare Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
