The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following Competency Governance Support and update competency content by technical domain / competency dimensions Support skill declaration and competency assessment Learning Partnership Support and participate in key stakeholders’ discussions to identify key learning requirements and plans Programme Management Conduct market research for assigned key area of competency focus Evaluate, shortlist and recommend available training solutions for considerations Training Operations & Other Learning Events Organise and setup meetings with key stakeholders, record minutes and track deliverables according to timeline Support and organise Annual Learning & Innovation Festival, and other key enterprise learning events (virtual & physical) Organise, setup and prepare training logistics and facilities for training Collate training data and perform data analysis, prepare data and translate information into presentation decks for management reporting. Collate, organise, and maintain records, information & documentation for future references. Manage Learning Management Systems related matters such as learning item creations, staff’s learning history updates, training reporting, curricula & assignment of learnings setups, data cleansing, etc About You Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline Excellent skills in MS office applications, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint Strong problem solving, decision making, & communication skills Good to have – experience in event mgmt., digital applications such as Canva, survey monkey, Kahoot, Slido, etc Knowledge with any automation tools like Power Automate will be an advantage Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
