The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following Support competency governance, including competency content updates and skills assessment initiatives Assist in stakeholder engagement to identify learning needs and development plans Conduct market research and evaluate training solutions to support learning programmes Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and enterprise learning events Manage training logistics, records, and learning documentation Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course setup and reporting Analyse learning and training data, and prepare reports and presentation materials for management Track project deliverables and maintain accurate records for continuous improvement About You Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline Excellent skills in MS office applications, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint Strong problem solving, decision making, & communication skills Good to have – experience in event mgmt., digital applications such as Canva, survey monkey, Kahoot, Slido, etc Knowledge with any automation tools like Power Automate will be an advantage Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
