The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following
Talent Management and Employee Engagement
Support high-potential (HiPo) and/or Successor refresh processes (e.g. data collation, scheduling, communications).
Coordinate talent engagement activities for HiPos and/or Successors (e.g. Tea Sessions, Board Luncheons, Mentoring).
Assist in the logistics/admin for in-house HiPo/leadership training programmes (e.g. HealthTech Associate Programme, Leadership Learning Series, HealthTech Ignite Programme).
Support the implementation of the Employee Engagement Survey (EES), including data preparation and communications.
Maintain and update Talent Management team’s master trackers on a monthly basis (e.g. resignations, staff movements, training records etc).
Maintain an up-to-date Talent Management events calendar.
Automation/Enhancement of Talent Management Processes
Explore and suggest more efficient ways to manage documentation and tracking processes (e.g. using VBA, Power Automate), including identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
Interest in or basic understanding of programming, database management, or automation tools (e.g. Excel Macros) would be advantageous.
Learning & Development Operations
Facilitate Virtual Reality (VR) onboarding sessions for new joiners.
Assist with logistics for ad-hoc Synapxe Academy learning activities (e.g. internal training workshops), SuccessFactors-Learning Management System (SF-LMS) admin as required.
About You
Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline
Meticulous and proficient in data management/ analysis
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Basic design/ canvas skills will be an advantage
Knowledge of and/or experience with HR/learning management systems preferred
Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
