Job Description As a Legal AI Intern, you will support the transformation of legal operations by exploring how AI and digital technologies can improve the way legal services are delivered across NCS. Working alongside the Legal team, you will help design and implement practical AI solutions that reduce repetitive work, improve knowledge sharing, and enhance operational efficiency. Your contributions will support the team's goal of becoming more agile, innovative, and responsive to evolving business needs. These Opportunities Allow The Intern To Drive Measurable Impact: Contribute to key metrics such as hours saved from administrative work in the Legal Department Bridge Law & Technology: Work at the intersection of legal practice and cutting-edge AI/digital tools Support Strategic Priorities: Enable the Legal Department's commitment to "adaptability" and "agility" in responding to NCS's evolving business needs Gain Diverse Experience: Exposure to multiple legal domains including contracts, compliance, IP, data protection, and governance Build Future-Ready Skills: Develop expertise in AI governance, digital transformation, and legal technology—critical competencies for modern legal practice What You’ll Do As part of the Legal team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following areas: Assist the team in reviewing commercial contracts under guidance Experiment and assist in developing agentic AI workflows to reconcile repeated tasks Create, update and maintain Legal AI prompt libraries Assist in building and maintaining the AI playbook for the legal team Support the migration of legacy legal documents into structured digital formats, ensuring compliance and data integrity Collaborate on building a centralized legal data repository for analytics and future AI applications Conduct legal research on a variety of legal issues under supervision Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed to optimize efficiency in legal work using AI and other technological tools Qualifications Pursuing studies in Technology or Law Positive attitude Well-organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Strong willingness to learn about AI, digital tools, document management, and internal processes Bonus Skills / Interests Certification in AI related areas a plus Interest in AI, digital content management, or knowledge management systems Interest in law and legal processes — no background required Enjoys organizing information and improving processes Additional Information We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
