Job Description
Serve as the primary consultant for key brand partners, conducting regular performance reviews and providing strategic recommendations to improve their commercial outcomes on the platform
Own the end-to-end process of data collection and synthesis. Design and develop comprehensive review decks that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal and external stakeholders
Perform deep-dive analysis on market trends and competitor movements to identify white-space opportunities and maintain Shopee’s competitive edge
Translate raw data into actionable business insights. Identify growth drivers and pain points to influence brand strategy and marketing spend
Project manage brand-specific marketing activities, including the organization of offline events, workshops, and seller engagement initiatives
Requirements
Strong data-driven thinking
Comfortable with numbers
Good Structural thinking and problem solving
Adaptability - dealing w/ ambiguity and uncertainty
Solid Excel fundamentals
Prior experience in Marketing is a plus
Strong communications (written and verbal) is a plus
Curiosity and motivation to learn tech is plus
