We are looking for a Venture Executive / Intern (undergraduate or up to 2 years experience) to be the high-energy operational backbone of the studio. You will work directly with experienced founders as their force multiplier, switching contexts rapidly between strategy, product, and execution across both ventures. This is not a role for someone seeking a stable, predictable career path. This is for an entrepreneurial firebrand who prioritizes autonomy, ownership, and intense learning over comfort. What You Will Actually Do: Be the "Control Tower": Manage the chaotic daily operations of two early-stage startups. You will track workstreams, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the founders organized. meticulousness is non-negotiable. AI-Augmented Execution: You won’t just "use AI." You will integrate best-of-breed AI tools into our workflows to prototype faster, draft documents, and automate tasks. The Critical Human Loop: You will ruthlessly evaluate AI outputs. You know when ChatGPT is hallucinating and when a design needs a human touch. You use AI to speed up, not to switch off your brain. Product Testing & QA: You will be the first user of our platforms, trying to break our prototypes and documenting bugs before clients see them. Go-To-Market Support: Assist in crafting pitch decks, researching potential B2B clients, and setting up initial sales pipelines. The DNA We Are Looking For: Ambidextrous Thinker: Structured and logical when it comes to solving problems, but able to be creative and think out of the box when the situation calls for it. Thrives in Chaos: Ambiguity doesn't paralyze you; it energizes you. You can figure things out with minimal instruction. Founder Mentality: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a gap, and you fill it. You take extreme ownership of outcomes. High Clock Speed: You work fast, learn fast, and iterate fast. Meticulous Organizer: You can juggle 20 open tabs and 5 different projects without dropping the ball. The Requirements: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or up to 2 years of work experience Major in Business, Tech, Finance, or Marketing—but your attitude matters more than your major. Must be currently based in Singapore with the legal right to work (No sponsorship available). Available to start in August and commit to a minimum period of 3 months.
