Videography and Photography Intern (6-Month Internship)

Fenzo Digital is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency working with clients across a range of industries. We create social media content that helps brands tell their stories and connect with their audiences. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Videography and Photography Intern to support content production for our social media clients. You will accompany our team on shoots, help capture photos and videos, and contribute ideas for content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. This is a full-time internship during regular office hours with a minimum six-month commitment . Shoots or events may occasionally take place outside regular office hours. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role, depending on business needs. Key responsibilities: Accompany the team to client locations for photography and videography shoots. Assist with food photography, restaurant content, product photography, lifestyle shoots, and event coverage. Use DSLR or mirrorless cameras to capture photos and videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Help prepare for shoots, including shot lists, equipment checks, lighting, props, and location setup. Capture vertical video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other short-form content. Suggest creative concepts, shot ideas, and visual approaches based on each client’s brand and campaign goals. Work with the social media team to plan content and ensure shoots produce the assets needed for upcoming posts. Assist with selecting, organising, editing, and delivering photos and videos. Support the day-to-day handling of assigned social media accounts, including content preparation, scheduling, and publishing when required. Research visual trends, content formats, and creative references that could improve client content. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and social media specialists to keep projects on schedule. Carry out other content production and social media tasks assigned by the team. Requirements for this role: Prefer completed a degree in Photography, Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Able to use a DSLR or mirrorless camera, with an understanding of composition, exposure, and basic lighting. Interest in both photography and videography, particularly content created for social media. A creative eye and the confidence to contribute ideas during planning and shoots. Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content formats and trends. Organised, reliable, and comfortable working with clients and team members on location. Willingness to travel to client shoots and assist with setup and production. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment. Availability to work full-time for at least six months. A portfolio or examples of your photography and video work would be appreciated.
