Key Responsibilities Product Operation & Maintenance: Take charge of daily operation of exchange wealth‑management products, page maintenance, launch follow‑up and data review to ensure stable business performance. Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing user acquisition and engagement campaigns for wealth‑management products. Follow up end‑to‑end workflows, monitor campaign metrics and deliver post‑campaign reviews. User & Data Operation: Consolidate user feedback and product pain points, compile and analyze business data, and support optimization of operation strategies. Competitor & Industry Research: Track Web3 and exchange wealth‑management market trends as well as competitor initiatives, produce research reports and analytical outputs. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from Chinese 985 universities, or equivalent degrees from overseas QS Top 100 universities. Majors in business, computer science, big data or related fields are preferred. Graduation Timeline: Current student with at least 1 year remaining before graduation, able to commit to long‑term internship. Work Experience: 1+ internship experience in internet product management or product operation, familiar with basic operation workflows and data review methodology. Availability: Able to work 5 full‑days per week, minimum 6 consecutive months of stable internship. Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto exchange or asset & wealth management; basic data analysis capability is a strong plus.
